It's Blueberry Time in Mrs. Rogers' Stamperhood!

 I love blueberries. When I was a child, we picked the wild ones. You know, the really tiny ones that took awhile to fill up your cup. Nowadays, I really appreciate the cultivated varieties. No bending down, done in 20 minutes...that's the life! I've got a few blueberry stories...check out the replay.


Directions

  1. Cut a Blueberry Bushel card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", and score and fold it in half at the 4 1/4" mark. Stamp the blueberry branch image in Blueberry Bushel ink all over the card front.
  2. Stamp the blueberry branch image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a scrap of Basic White cardstock. Color with Balmy Blue, Blueberry Bushel and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends.
  3. Cut out blueberry branch. 
  4. Punch a Decorative Circle out of Basic White cardstock. You can use any punch or die that suits your fancy. 
  5. Determine placement and marker the edges of the cut image if there's white that bothers you.
  6. Adhere branch to decorative punch/die cut, then stamp sentiment in Blueberry Bushel. Add to card front using Dimensionals.
  7. If desired, add Wink of Stella to berries.
  8. Stamp a blueberry image on a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White and color as desired before adhering to inside of card.
  9. Stamp the blueberry branch image repeatedly on the envelope flap with Blueberry Bushel ink.

 It was rainy and cool all day today, but that's not going to dampen my beach vibes! I was inspired by a card done by a German demonstrator named Antje to create this sweet little card featuring the On the Horizon bundle from the Jan-June mini catalog. Changing Leaves...not quite yet!

 It's still summery here in southern Maine, but the nights are getting cooler and it won't be long before the leaves begin changing. Until then, I have a card for you made with the Changing Leaves bundle, an Online Exclusive from Stampin' Up! It's currently on backorder, but should be in the week of September 9th. Who Wants Some Apple Cider?

 It's apple season in Maine. I have to be honest, I don't pick a lot of apples. Or drink a lot of apple cider. But I do love apple cider doughnuts, so that counts, right? Tonight, I featured the More than Autumn bundle, which was also featured in my Sept. 24th Tune in Tuesday class. I love this bundle and think you will also! Measurements Crumb Cake card base (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored and folded in half at 4-1/4") Splendid Autumn DSP (medium green background and deep red background, each 3" x 4-1/2", plus a scrap of the deep red background) Basic White cardstock (5/8" x 3", scraps) Directions Adhere green background layer to card base on an angle, then add the red background layer on top, at a different angle.  Die cut circle from Basic White cardstock.
