Wildly Flowering and Surprising!

I just LOVE the Wildly Flowering DSP and wanted to share a fun card with you. I was inspired as I was designing projects for my Wildly Flowering class that I have tomorrow and decided this would be a nice bonus idea...and one to share with everyone.

Measurements
  • Misty Moonlight card base (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored and folded in half)
  • Basic White cardstock (2-1/4" x 3-3/4", medium scrap, small scrap)
  • Wildly Flowering DSP (3" x 5-1/4", 4" x 5-1/4", 3/4" x 6")
  • Wild Wheat ribbon (8")
Directions36556
  1. Adhere 3" x 5-1/4" DSP to left front of card.
  2. Stamp sentiments in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White scraps. Die cut.
  3. Zigzag the ribbon and adhere to card front with Tear & Tape or adhesive runner.
  4. Add front sentiment using Dimensionals.
  5. Adhere 4" x 5-1/4" DSP to inside of card.
  6. Score 3/4" x 6" DSP strip at 1", 2-1/2", 3-1/2", and 5". Adhere 1" ends together to form a box.
  7. Apply adhesive to one of the1" sections and a 1-1/2" section. Fold so that the long section with adhesive is down and the 1" section is up, laying on top of it. Place the fold between the two sections in the fold of the card and close to adhere.
  8. Apply adhesive to the top of the pop-up mechanism and adhere sentiment, making sure it's straight and doesn't extend past the card edges when card is closed.
  9. Adhere 2-1/4" x 3-3/4" layer of Basic White (you may need to trim, depending on your sentiment placement) to bottom portion of the inside DSP.
