Who Wants Some Apple Cider?
It's apple season in Maine. I have to be honest, I don't pick a lot of apples. Or drink a lot of apple cider. But I do love apple cider doughnuts, so that counts, right? Tonight, I featured the More than Autumn bundle, which was also featured in my Sept. 24th Tune in Tuesday class. I love this bundle and think you will also!
Measurements
- Crumb Cake card base (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored and folded in half at 4-1/4")
- Splendid Autumn DSP (medium green background and deep red background, each 3" x 4-1/2", plus a scrap of the deep red background)
- Basic White cardstock (5/8" x 3", scraps)
Directions
- Adhere green background layer to card base on an angle, then add the red background layer on top, at a different angle.
- Die cut circle from Basic White cardstock. Color the cup with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends.
- Stamp cup on the circle using Early Espresso ink. Stamp cup again on the scrap of deep red background paper. Fussy cut the cup sleeve. Adhere to cup.
- Stamp four apples in Early Espresso on Basic White scraps, color using Stampin' Blends (or Stampin' Write Markers) and die cut. Adhere one apple to center of cup sleeve, two to the left of the cup and one in the bottom right corner of the inside of the card.
- Mount the "love you more than" sentiment in an arc, ink in Cherry Cobbler and stamp at the top of the circle.
- Mount circle to card base with Dimensionals.
- Stamp "apple" and "cider" in Cherry Cobbler ink on the 5/8" x 3" Basic White layer, trim left end square and right end at a slant. Adhere to card front with Dimensionals.
