On the TWELFTH Sunday of Christmas...

On the twelfth Sunday of Christmas, Sharon shared with me a...money holder. Christmas is eight days away and that means the last project in the series needs to be one made with supplies you have on hand. And who doesn't have cardstock and DSP on hand?!

Papers and Measurements
  • Cherry Cobbler cardstock (7" x 7", 1" x 7")
  • DSP Pattern 1 (1-3/4" x 6-3/4", scraps for decorating Basic White layer)
  • DSP Pattern 2 (1-3/4" x 6-3/4")
  • Basic White cardstock (1-3/4" x 6-3/4", scrap)

Directions
  1. Score the 7" Cherry Cobbler piece on one side at 2" and 5". Fold and burnish.
  2. Fold the top down and adhere the DSP Pattern 1 layer.
  3. Stamp on or add DSP scraps to Basic White layer and adhere to the inside of the top section (opposite side of DSP 1 section).
  4. Adhere the subtler DSP pattern (2) to the bottom section (in the folded up position).
  5. Find the center of the cardstock/DSP 2 section and punch a semi-circle.
  6. Apply Tear & Tape to the edges of the back of the DSP 2 layer and form the money pocket.
  7. Take the 1" x 7" Cherry Cobbler strip and fold it around the money holder. Burnish the folds. Adhere ends together using Tear & Tape.
  8. Stamp sentiment or image on Basic White scrap and punch using hexagonal punch. Adhere to money holder using Dimensionals.
