Give the Gift of Cash with Style
Every need a last minute gift? You probably weren't invited last minute, but you waited until the last minute to get something. Well, I have a super simple project for you that will add a little style to your cash or gift card.
Measurements
- Poppy Parade cardstock (8-1/2" x 3-1/4", scored on the long side at 2-1/2" and 6-1/2")
- Poppy Parade cardstock (enough to punch a 2-1/2" circle)
- Basic White cardstock (enough to punch a 2-3/8" circle)
- Brights 6 x 6 DSP (Poppy Parade, 3" x 4")
Directions
- Stamp "Celebrate" image from Circle Sayings set using Poppy Parade.
- Punch sentiment layer out using 2-3/8" circle punch and then punch or die cut a Poppy Parade layer that is slightly larger. Adhere together.
- Stamp cupcake image in Poppy Parade in the middle of the circle.
- Cut DSP on the long side at 1-3/4". The result should be one piece that measures 3" x 1-3/4" and another that measures 3" x 2-1/4").
- Adhere the DSP pieces on the end pieces of the Poppy Parade piece. Fold on score lines.
- Adhere Tear & Tape to each edge of the wider end of project, remove liner and fold to form pocket.
- Apply adhesive to only the top portion of the circle layer and adhere to project.
- Add a Velcro dot to the bottom of the back side of the exposed circle and adhere to card base by closing.
