Daisies in a Pocket
I have a super simple but unique card for you and it's soooo quick to put together!
Measurements
- Thick Basic White cardstock (4-1/4" x 5-1/2")
- Basic White cardstock (3-1/2" x 3-1/2", 2-3/4" x 3-3/4", scrap)
- Copper Clay cardstock (3-1/4" x 4-1/4")
- Fresh as a Daisy DSP
- Design 1, blue background (4" x 5-1/4", 3-1/4" x 3-1/4")
- Design 2, daisies on blue (3" x 8", scored and folded in half at 4")
Directions
- Adhere 4" x 5-1/4" Design 1 DSP to Thick Basic White layer.
- Cut 3-1/2" Basic White square in half on the diagonal using your paper trimmer (align the points of the corners with the "ditch" of the trimmer). Repeat this with the 3-1/4" DSP square.
- Adhere the DSP and Basic White triangles from Step 2 together.
- Adhere the two sides of the triangle that form a right angle to the lower left corner of the card base (Step 1 result).
- With the 3" x 8" DSP folded in half, adhere the back half to the Copper Clay layer.
- Adhere 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" Basic White layer onto the inside of the folded DSP mini card.
- Stamp large daisy onto Basic White scrap and die cut using the daisy outline die.
- Stamp sentiment on top of daisy using Copper Clay ink. Adhere to the triangular section of the card using dimensionals.
- Insert mini card into pocket.
- Add Adhesive-Backed Gems as desired (odd number total - I did two on the triangular part and three on the mini card).
Watch just how easy it is to create:
