Happy Bunny
I forgot to create a blog post for last Friday's Live...sorry about that! How could I ever have forgotten to chronicle how to make this adorable little guy? He's so happy...just like me because we've got a bunch of snow coming in two days! (Haters, don't hate, LOL).
Cardstock Measurements (full list of supplies at the end)
- Balmy Blue card base (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored and folded at 4-1/4"
- Basic Black cardstock (4" x 5-1/4", scrap)
- Basic White cardstock (4-1/4" x 5-1/2", 3-1/2" x 4-3/4")
- Playing in the Rain DSP (bunny and inside trim scrap)
Directions
- Ink Rays of Light stamp using Daffodil Delight and stamp onto the larger Basic White layers. I used a Stamparatus in case I needed to restamp. Trim layer to 3-7/8" x 5-1/8") and layer onto the Basic Black layer, then onto the card base.
- Ink "Hip Hip" and "Hooray" in Versamark and stamp onto Basic Black scrap. Pour on white embossing powder and heat.
- Color the "Hip Hip" and "Hooray" with Dark Daffodil Delight Blend, then fussy cut them.
- Die cut bunny from DSP.
- Add words and bunny to the card using dimensionals.
- Add Frosted Dots (coming March 1) or other gems to card.
- Adhere remaining Basic White layer to the inside of the card. Cut a strip of flowers from a sheet of the DSP (3/4" x 4-3/4") and add to the bottom of the Basic White layer.
