Find Inspiration in the Most Obvious of Places

 It's easy to overlook one of the best resources at a Stampin' Up! customer's fingertips...the catalog! The following card is largely a direct copy of a card on page 48 of the July-Dec 2022 mini catalog.

Measurements (complete list of supplies can be found at the bottom of this post)

• Merry Merlot card base (5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored and folded in half at 4-1/4")
• Merry Merlot layer (4" x 5-1/4")
• Basic White layer (4" x 5-1/4")
• Rustic Harvest DSP (3" x 5-1/4" for main layer, and 1" x 3" and 3/4" x 5-1/4" for coordinated pieces)
• Natural Woven Ribbon (about 4-1/2")

Directions

1. Emboss Merry Merlot layer using the Painted Texture embossing folder. Adhere to card front.
2. Trim off the very edge of one side of the ribbon so that you can then remove some fibers, giving a frayed edge look.
3. Adhere ribbon to the left edge of the main DSP panel (best to apply adhesive to the edge of the DSP).
4. Adhere this panel to the card front so that it is off center to the right.
5. Stamp sentiment in black ink on coordinating 1" x 3" DSP panel and die cut using the smallest rectangle die,
6. Adhere sentiment layer to the front of the card using dimensionals.
7. Add Champagne Rhinestones to the front of the card as desired.
8. Adhere remaining DSP strip to the right side of the Basic White layer.
9. Stamp desired inside sentiment on the Basic White layer using black ink (or Merry Merlot).
