Super Shiny, Super Easy Fun Fold Friday

Just coming off of vacation, so I knew I'd need something easy to prep for and show during a live. Vacation is fun, but boy is there a lot of work to come back to! I'm so thankful I cleared my desk at work before leaving. My studio desk...well, that was not clean when I returned home! But, here's a great card to display that beautiful DSP you've been hoarding!

Measurements (see end of post for a complete list of supplies)
  • Smoky Slate (4-1/4" x 5-1/2", 4-1/4" x 9-3/4", scored at 3-1/4" and 6-1/2")
  • Basic White (3" x 4", scrap)
  • DSP (two 3" x 4", one 4" x 5-1/4" that is a different pattern than the two 3" x 4")
Directions
  1. Adhere the 4" x 5-1/4" DSP to the 4-1/4" 5-1/2" Smoky Slate.
  2. Fold the 4-1/4" x 9-3/4" Smoky Slate piece in a Z pattern and adhere to card base (Step 1).
  3. Add one of the 3" x 4" DSP layers to the front of the Z layer, and the second 3" x 4" DSP layer to the middle of the Z.
  4. Stamp a sentiment for the inside of the card on the Basic White layer using Cinnamon Cider ink and adhere to the part of the Z fold that is attached to the base.
  5. Stamp sentiment in Cinnamon Cider ink onto Basic White scrap. Punch out using Double Oval punch.
  6. Adhere sentiment layer to the front of the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  7. Add a Champagne Rhinestone to the sentiment layer (or more than one, if desired).
  8. (Optional): Stamp an image or another sentiment on the inside Basic White layer.
