On the 8th Sunday of Christmas, my demo shared with me...a Nugget box!

Measurements (Video tutorial and list of supplies at the bottom of this post)
  • Evening Evergreen cardstock (3-1/2" x 5", 3" x 5", scrap)
  • Basic White cardstock (scrap)
  • DSP (2 3/4" x 5" and three 1" x 3" pieces)
  • Ribbon (about 16")
  • Linen thread (about 4")
Template

Directions
  1. Working with the 3-1/2" x 5" piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock (box), score on each side at the 1/2" and 1" marks.
  2. Trim away the three squares on each corner as shown in the diagram.
  3. Cut on solid line to form tabs.
  4. Fold and burnish on all score lines.
  5. Apply adhesive to the four tabs and form bottom of box.
  6. Fold long sides in, then short sides in.
  7. Working with the 3" x 5" piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock (sleeve), score on the long side at 1-5/8", 2-1/8", 3-3/4" and 4-1/4".
  8. Score and burnish on all the score lines.
  9. Apply Tear & Tape on the short end with the widest distance to the score line (1-5/8").
  10. Place box inside the sleeve, remove backing from Tear & Tape, wrap around the box and adhere to the other side of the sleeve.
  11. Wrap nuggets using 1" x 3" DSP pieces and place into box.
  12. Apply Tear & Tape to one of the short ends of the remaining DSP.
  13. Wrap DSP around the box, creasing edges as you go, and adhere to itself, making sure edges are lined up neatly.
  14. Wrap ribbon around box and tie in a bow.
  15. Stamp "To/From" on a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock and punch using the smaller oval in the Double Oval punch.
  16. Add some leaves by doing some second generation stamping over the top of the Basic White oval (ink, stamp off on scratch paper, then stamp on Basic White piece).
  17. Punch larger scalloped oval from Evening Evergreen scrap using Double Oval punch.
  18. Adhere ovals together, make a small hole on the To/From end to create a tag, and secure to ribbon using linen thread.
